The hotel boasts a unique charm and a great location for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. However, the room size was a bit compact, and the restaurant prices felt high, leading us to find breakfast elsewhere.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is in a perfect spot and made visiting Artis zoo and the vibrant canals super easy. Loved the complimentary hot drinks and the cozy common areas. Great service, and breakfast was a nice bonus!
The bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. The flimsy doors didn’t provide much privacy and the shower flooded the floor. It was a hassle, but not enough to ruin our stay.
